Centralized state-level training often only partially meets the individual needs of schools and public administrations. Training covers teaching staff and administrative teams alike, directly on site, from Microsoft 365 to Moodle, plus advice on choosing the right platform, so IT becomes a meaningful part of your educational or administrative concept. Compact formats work too, such as a half-day session for a nursery's team.

From the basics of 3D scanning to a finished print: taught hands-on, with scanning precision down to 0.05 mm. Ideal as a stand-alone workshop for beginners or as an add-on to an existing IT course.

For businesses and public institutions in particular, this is often the real value: you learn which software, platform or device genuinely makes sense for your specific use case, and where a change is actually worth making, including a look at European alternatives and digital independence. This website as an example: hosted in Europe on hydropower, data-minimal, built with AI
This website is itself a practical example: built with AI tools, but hosted in Europe with a provider whose data centres run on 100% TÜV SÜD-certified hydropower, designed with data minimalism in mind, and free of unnecessary trackers. That's exactly what the training sessions are about too: how to use AI pragmatically while still making deliberate, European choices.

Business: from strategy to a confident everyday routine
A company with an administrative and field-service team wants to introduce Microsoft Teams and an AI application in a sensible way. Together we've already worked out the right software structure and planned the roll-out; the targeted training for every employee is the next step.
School: digital skills for staff and classes alike
Across several training days, spread over a longer period, I brought both the teaching staff and whole classes up to speed: from Microsoft Teams and OneNote Class Notebook to collaborative work with Microsoft 365, AI-powered audio generation and advanced iPad use. Follow-up questions were always welcome afterwards.
Private client: from first laptop to a confident routine
In 2017, a client stood in front of a laptop for work for the very first time, with no prior experience at all. That first training grew into a years-long relationship: today he uses, for instance, AI tools and a hiking-route planner as a matter of course, and has since added an iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch to his devices.
Business: vendor-neutral tool choice plus training
A company wanted to send regular newsletters to its customers. I advised on the right tool without favouring any vendor, weighed up benefits, costs and limitations, set it up and got it running through to the first send, then trained the staff responsible so they could run it independently going forward.
Business: ready in time for a public tender
Under time pressure ahead of a public tender, a company needed help getting an already-chosen piece of software up and running. I installed and configured it, then showed the staff member responsible how to prepare and submit the bid within the tight window.
Practice: getting up to speed on highly specialised software
A physiotherapy practice moved to digital workflows. Over several sessions, the team got up to speed on their new, highly specialised practice-management software, a medical-sector application I first had to familiarise myself with before teaching it.
I wanted to thank you again for the great patience you had with me. This was a completely unfamiliar world for me, what I got to learn from you. But I fought my way through it, and now I even manage well with my phone [...]. So it's never too late to learn something new.
